St. Phillip Street - Faubourg Treme
This 5-bay Creole Cottage was originally constructed in 1832. In 2006, we designed a full renovation into four apartment units that involved no demolition of any of the original interior or exterior walls. During construction, beautifully crafted beaded ceiling beams were uncovered and exposed in the new design.
