Frenchmen Street - Faubourg New Marigny
This small (900 square feet) 1-1/2 story Creole Cottage was originally built in the 1840's. The 600 square foot detached Servants Quarters building is comprised of two buildings from originally separate properties, built at different times (pre-1900's), using a shared center wall and sided to look like a single building. We designed a full renovation of the main house in 2007 and a full renovation of the Servants Quarters building in 2008.
